The girl Aamal Mohammad Ali al Debs, age 10, from al Boukamal city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was killed by a stray bullet in Ein Eisa Camp in Ein Eisa city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on October 14, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
