Abdul Latif Abdul Rahman al Hwaidi, from Theyban town in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was killed in a shooting by gunmen in al Rai Street in Theyban town, on October 8, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
