Akram Yousef Ali, from al Mahatta al Qadima neighborhood in al Qameshli city in the northern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, was killed as artillery of Operation Peace Spring’s forces (Turkish forces and the Syrian National Army forces) fired shells on al Bashiriya neighborhood in al Qameshli city, on October 9, 2019.
