Mrs. Rabeah Ismail was killed along with her husband Mohammad Hajj Qader Ismail as artillery of Operation Peace Spring’s forces (Turkish forces and the Syrian National Army forces) fired shells on al Mtaklata village which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, on October 9, 2019.
