SNHR: gunmen exploded the building of local council of Syrian Democratic forces in al Dahla village in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, using IEDs, severely its building. As a result, the building went out of service, on October 3, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
