Abdul Razzaq al Senou, from Beir al Ma’ajla village which is administratively a part of Slouk town in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, was arrested on October 5, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces in Beir al Ma’ajla village and taken to an undisclosed location.
