Khalil Mohammad Hamidi al Jarad, from al Labed neighborhood in Mouhasan city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was arrested in 2012, by Syrian regime forces. on October 2, 2019, we received information confirming his death due to torture in a detention center in Damascus city.
