SNHR: Syrian regime forces artillery fired a shell on the center of First Aid- supported by Syria Relief- in Ma’aret al Numan city in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, injuring six civilians in the center, including a doctor, partially destroying the center’s fence and damaging its sections and equipment, on October 3, 2019.
