Jum’a Yahya al Dakhil, from Shray’an village which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in the northern suburbs of Raqqa governorate, was arrested on August 22, 2019, by Syrian democratic forces in a raid on his house in Shray’an village and taken to an undisclosed location.
