The death of two individuals in the explosion of an unknown- source car bomb in Idlib city, on Aug 24

SNHR: at least two individuals* were killed as a car bomb exploded in al Qosour neighborhood in Idlib city, on August 24, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
