Fateh Raslan, a reporter at Step News Agency and cameraman at al Ameen organization for humanitarian support, from al Sha’ar neighborhood in Aleppo city, was born in 1994, and Mohammad Daboul a cameraman at Step News Agency, from Idlib city, was born in 1995, were arrested on August 23, 2019, by members of Hay’at Tahrir al Sham in Idlib city and taken to an undisclosed location.
