SNHR: gunmen exploded al Salam Private Hospital in al Sheikh Hamad village which is administratively a part of Markada town in the southern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, using IEDs, partially destroying its building. As a result, the hospital went out of service, on August 19, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
