Adel Mahmoud al Ahmad, from al Sajar village which is administratively a part of al Bseira city in the northern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was killed as Syrian Democratic forces fired a shell on his car in the area of al Sayyad Oil well in the northern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, on August 21, 2019.
