Syrian Democratic forces arrested a child in Ein al Arous village in Raqqa suburbs, on May 21

Abd Khalil al Ra’ee, age 15, from Ein al Arous village which is administratively a part of Tal Abyad city in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, was arrested on May 21, 2019, by Syrian Democratic forces as je was passing a checkpoint in Ein al Arous village and taken to an undisclosed location.
