Saeed Ali al Fhaiji, from Ksaiba village which is administratively a part of al Shaddadi city in Hasaka governorate southern suburbs, was killed on April 19, 2019, in the explosion of a landmine while he was grazing in Ksaiba village. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
