The death of a civilian on April 20, due to wounds sustained in a shelling by Syrian regime forces near Um Jalal village in Idlib suburbs

Mohammad Khamis al Alloush died on April 20, 2019, due to wounds sustained on April 18, 2019, in as Syrian regime forces artillery fired shells near a complex of IDPs tents in Mazra’et Um Twaina area in west of Um Jalal village in Idlib governorate southern suburbs, causing a massacre.
