Abdul Latif Yahya al Akash, a college student at faculty of Petrochemical Engineering in al Baath University in Homs city, from Taldao city in Homs governorate northwestern suburbs, born in 1982, was arrested on October 26, 2011, by Syrian regime forces. on April 15, 2019, we were informed that he is registered as dead in the Civil Registry probably due to torture in Seydnaya Military Prison in Damascus suburbs governorate.
