SNHR: three civilians (a man and his two wives) were killed in the explosion inside their house in al Soor neighborhood in al Sh’afa city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, on April 15, 2019. We are unable to identify the source explosion or the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
