SNHR: huge damages in several camps of IDPs from Hama governorate eastern suburbs (Ukhwat Saeda Camp, al Jwaid Camp, al Ghurabaa Camp, al Jnaina Camp) which are located in Atma IDPs Camps Complex at Syrian- Turkish border in Idlib governorate northern suburbs, on March 30, 2019, where tens of tents drowned as result of heavy rain in the area. Humanitarian organizations must declare the state of emergency as soon as possible.
