Jum’a al Haj Ali, displaced from al Sfaira city in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, his corpse was found shot dead in his head near Sousenbat village in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs, on March 29, 2019. We note that the victim was kidnapped by unknowns one week age to obtain a ransom from his family. The area is under the control of factions of armed opposition. We are unable to identify the responsible party of his death as of this writing.
