The child Ibrahim Shwaish al Khdair al Hamdan, from al Qouriya city in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, died on March 21, 2019, due to wounds sustained in the explosion of a landmine in al Qouriya city, on March 19, 2019. We are unable to identify the responsible party as of this writing.
