Mohammad Shahhoud, a dissent member from Syrian regime forces, from Harbnafseh town in Hama governorate southern suburbs, was arrested on March 13, 2019, by Syrian regime forces as he was passing a checkpoint near Kasab border crossing in Latakia governorate northern suburbs, when he was returning back from Turkey to Syria, and taken to an undisclosed location. We note that Mohammad was working on a security settlement.
