SNHR: Syrian regime forces artillery fired a shell near an evacuation car of Civil Defense in al Shari’a village in Sahl al Ghab area in Hama governorate western suburbs, while it was heading to aid the wounded of previous shelling on the village, partially damaging the car, on March 16, 2019.
