Ahmad Suleiman al Wali and Mahmoud Khalaf al Ibrahim, from Hammam al Turkman village in Raqqa governorate northeastern suburbs, were arrested on February 14, 2019, by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) in a raid on their houses in Hammam al Turkman village and taken to an undisclosed location.
