The infant Abdul Majid Alaa al Qadi, age seven months, from al Latamena town in Hama governorate northwestern suburbs, died on February 14, 2019, due to burns sustained on February 11, 2019, in a fire broke out in tent where he lived in al Karama IDPs Camp located in Atama camps complex in Idlib governorate northern suburbs, resulted from improper use of heating.
