Hisham al Sheikh, one of IDPs from Eastern Ghouta in east of Damascus suburbs governorate, was killed in the explosion of an IED when a bus carrying civilians was passing near Kawa circle in the middle of Afrin city in Aleppo governorate northern suburbs, on January 20, 2019. We were unable to identify the responsible party as it was difficult to identify the perpetrators.
