The death of an infant due to severe cold in al Hawl IDPs Camp in Hasaka suburbs, on January 19

The infant Ahmad Hwaidi, age six months, died on January 19, 2019, due to severe cold and lack of health care in al Hawl IDPs Camp located near al Hawl town in Hasaka governorate eastern suburbs and controlled by Kurdish- majority Syrian Democratic forces.
