The brothers Hazem and Hussam Mohmmad al Hawwash, from al Shannan village which is administratively a part of Theyban town in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, were shot dead by ISIS on December 15, 2018, near al Neft al Azraq well in the Badiya of Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs for dealing with Kurdish- majority Syrian Democratic forces.
