Ibrahim al Mawh, from Raqqa city, was arrested by Self- Management forces (Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) on December 15, 2018, in a raid on his house in Saif al Dawla street in east of Raqqa city, and taken to an undisclosed location.
