SNHR: Kurdish Self-management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party – PKK branch) arrested 3 civilians from al Safira city in Aleppo governorate eastern suburbs for conscription from their location in Tal Abyad city in Raqqa governorate northern suburbs, on April 1, 2018.
