Professor, Faisal Yousef, general coordinator of Kurdish Reform Movement and a member of Presidency of Kurdish National Council, from al Qamishli city in Hasaka governorate northern suburbs, arrested by Self- Management forces (mainly Kurdish Democratic Union Party- PKK branch) from his place in al Qamishli city, and taken to unknown place, on April 2, 2018.
