Fire of an unknown cause broke out at al Kanayes Camp for IDPs in the northwest of Idlib city on July 26, 2022. The fire caused the death of a four-year-old girl, Anwar Adnan Muhammad al Thiyab, and injured her two siblings (children), while three IDPs’ tents were burnt down.
SNHR calls on international relief organizations to urgently satisfy the needs of IDPs camps, and calls on them to supply the camps’ administrations with emergency tents.
