A man, identified as Mohammad Abdul Razzaq al-Omar from al-Naqir village in southern rural Idlib governorate who worked at a fuel station, was shot dead on January 31, 2025, while working at the station in western al-Fu’a town in northern Idlib governorate. The area is under the control of the current transitional authorities in Syria.

The Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) is trying to locate eyewitnesses to obtain more information about the incident.
