In the period between September 23, 2024, and September 28, 2024, the Syrian Network for Human Rights (SNHR) documented, in an initial estimate, the killing of 75 Syrian refugees in Israeli airstrikes across Lebanon, including 12 women and 28 children. These killed are distributed by governorate of origin as follows:
Aleppo governorate: 18 civilians, including 10 children and one woman.
Deir Ez-Zour governorate: 15 civilians, including four children and one woman.
Idlib governorate: 13 civilians, including three children and three women.
Daraa governorate: 13 civilians, including six children and three women.
Hama governorate: 11 civilians, including four children and four women.
Homs governorate: Three civilians.
Suwayda governorate: One child.
Raqqa governorate: One civilian.
SNHR is still trying to locate eyewitnesses to obtain more information about the incident.
