Matar Talal al Mu’eidi al Burjes from al Sekriya village of la Boukamal area in Deir Ez-Zour governorate eastern suburbs, was killed by Syrian regime forces personnel at a checkpoint on a car he was driving in al Salehiya village in eastern Deir Ez-Zour suburbs, which is controlled by Syrian regime forces.
SNHR notes that through this killing, the Syrian regime forces have violated the international human rights law, and the perpetrators must be held accountable.
