Syrian Democratic Forces artillery fired mortar shells on the outskirts of Marea city in the eastern suburbs of Aleppo governorate on April 26, 2022. Several shells hit Marea Sports Field, wounding six children present at the field, whose ground was also damaged.
SNHR condemns the attacks on vital facilities and holds the Syrian Democratic Forces accountable for the incident. SNHR also calls for an investigation into the incident and has the perpetrators accountable.
