Lawrence Nabil al Barhomi from al Mzayreeb town west of Daraa governorate was shot dead by unidentified gunmen in the center of the town on March 22, 2022. Al Mzayreeb town is under the control of Syrian regime forces.
SNHR is still trying to reach eyewitnesses for more details of the incident.
SNHR condemns all killings of civilians and calls on controlling forces to assume their responsibility for protecting the civilian population in areas under their control and to launch an investigation into this incident and reveal its conclusions to the public.
