The body of 17-year-old child, Elias Khudr Malla Hasani, from Deir Ez-Zour city was found bearing gunshot wounds in al Jabeila neighborhood in Deir Ez-Zour city on March 20, 2022.
Al Jabeila neighborhood is under the control of Syrian regime forces, and SNHR so far unable to identify the party responsible for his murder.
The controlling forces are responsible for identifying the perpetrators, they have yet to open an investigation into this killing, which raises questions about their involvement in this incident and other similar incidents.
