Ibrahim Khleif al Ali al Ammar from the village of al Dahla east of Deir Ez-Zour governorate was shot dead on February 22, 2022 by Syrian Democratic Forces personnel in a raid on his home in the village.
SNHR notes that the Syrian Democratic Forces have violated the International Human Rights Law through this killing, and the perpetrators must be held accountable.
