Fire broke out due to misuse of cooking appliances in an IDP camp near Heer Jamous village which is administratively a part of Salqin city in the western suburbs of Idlib governorate on August 19, 2021, completely burning about 20 tents and damaging a number of other tents.

SNHR calls on international relief organizations to provide the camp’s residents with urgently needed essential provisions immediately, and to provide the administration of the camp with a number of tents for emergency cases.
