A displaced child from Hass village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, named as Abdullah Mustafa al Najjar, died on January 25, 2021, due to burns sustained on January 22, 2021, in a fire which broke out when a heater exploded in his family’s tent in the Deir Hassan camp complex near Deir Hassan village in the northern suburbs of the governorate.
SNHR calls on international relief organizations to provide the camp’s residents with urgently needed essential provisions immediately and to provide the administration of the camp with a number of tents for emergency cases.
