Syrian National Army personnel damaged an electricity transformer supplying electricity to Louthi village and stole the copper wire from it on December 7, 2020, cutting off the electricity supply to the village, which is administratively a part of Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate.
SNHR condemns this violation and calls on the Syrian National Army to bear responsibility, investigate the incident and hold the perpetrators accountable.
