A man named as Hamzah Hussein al Kas-hah, died on November 28, 2020, as a result of wounds sustained on November 24, when Hay’at Tahrir al Sham personnel opened fire at him as he was fleeing while members of the group were attempting to arrest him in Darat Ezza city in the western suburbs of Aleppo governorate.
SNHR notes that the HTS have committed a violation of international humanitarian law through this indiscriminate killing, for which the perpetrator must be held accountable.
