A child from Raqqa city, named as Ibrahim Khalil Ismail al Omar, was shot dead on August 7, 2020, by a stray bullet in al Der’iya neighborhood in west of Raqqa city. SNHR has been unable to identify the party responsible for the child’s death up to the time of writing and the controlling forces bear responsibility for revealing the perpetrator’s identity.
