A displaced civilian from Ma’aret Harma village in the southern suburbs of Idlib governorate, named as Taha Ref’at al Taha, was shot dead on July 25, 2020, by a stray gunshot during clashes between Hay’at Tahrir al Sham and unknown gunmen in Tal’ada village in the western suburbs of Aleppo governorate. SNHR has so far been unable to identify the responsible party, while the controlling forces bear responsibility for revealing the perpetrators’ identity.
