A girl from Ras al Ein city in the northwestern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, named as Rimas Muhammad, was shot dead during a clash between the factions of al Hamzah and al Sultan Murad which are affiliated with the Syrian National Army in the city on July 3, 2020. SNHR has so far been unable to identify the responsible party, while the controlling forces bear responsibility for revealing the perpetrators’ identity.
