A 14-year-old boy, named as Joudi Adnan Muhammad, who is originally from al Qameshli city in the northeastern suburbs of Hasaka governorate, was kidnapped by unknown gunmen in al Sena’a neighborhood in al Qameshli city on July 2, 2020, and taken to an undisclosed location. The area is under the control of Syrian Democratic Forces. SNHR, which has so far been unable to identify the party responsible for this kidnapping, condemns all cases of kidnap and arbitrary arrest.
