The five- year- old boy, Hasan Lattouf, who was displaced with his family from Kafr Ta’al village in the western suburbs of Aleppo governorate, lived along with his family in the Ebadullah IDPs Camp, one of the camps in the Atama group of camps in the northern suburbs of Idlib governorate. He died on May 27 when the cement wall which supported his family’s tent collapsed due to strong winds in the area.

SNHR notes that the weather conditions in the area have recently contributed to the further deterioration of humanitarian conditions in the camps and calls on international relief organizations to provide the camp’s residents with urgently needed essential provisions immediately and to provide the administration of the camp with a number of tents for emergency cases.
