Image shows tanks of mineral water were collected by Syrian regime forces from houses and shops of civilians in Saraqeb city in the eastern suburbs of Idlib governorate, and were placed in al Sharqi neighborhood of the city to loot as the forces seized control over the city on March 5, 2020. SNHR affirms that the looting is a systematic strategy followed by Syrian regime forces and pro- regime militias in the areas controlled by them. SNHR is working since several months on an expanded report in regard with his strategy in various areas of Syrian governorates.
