Hussein Hamoud al Hadban, aged 45, from al Sh-heil city in the eastern suburbs of Deir Ez-Zour governorate, was shot ddead by unknown gunmen in al Shabaka neighborhood in al Sh-heil city, on April 13, 2020. Yet, SNHR try to contact with witnesses for more details on the incident.
